Refund policy

Our goal at Showpe is for you to be happy with your purchase. We provide a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to ask for a return if you are not satisfied.

Your items must be in their original packaging or unopened in order to qualify for a return.

Kindly be advised that returns must be sent to 5 Rue de Stockholm, 34350 Vendres, France.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package along with a return shipping label that you can download and print. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning the item you have and then buying a new one separately after the return is approved is the quickest way to make sure you get what you want.

Refund process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that processing and posting your refund may also take some time for your bank or credit card company.
